I was told it would be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday when it arrived at 9:36pm. You sit waiting for the car because you don’t want to miss the delivery and they don’t call, or communicate.

Very poor customer service. I called at 10 a.m. regarding a trailer. Alexis told me that the car is available, I wanted to pay a deposit to hold it for me, but he said that he has to talk with the owner to see if he has anything scheduled on the car, and he will get back with a call, 5 hours later after calling over 5 times he called me and told me that the car was sold. Very unprofessional!
