These guys are great, they always go above and beyond! It took us a couple of days to finish the financing paperwork with my bank, Alexis was never pushy or asked for any deposits, he provided USAA all the documents needed and was patient until they processed everything.

I literally can not say enough about them. My purchase was 100% positive, and they made everything so smooth. We bought from out of state, and had to get a virtual appraisal on our trade. They asked what I was looking to get for my trade, evaluated the situation, and gave me what I was hoping for. The price on our purchase was great, beyond competitive with comparable vehicles. After the purchase, while leaving the dealership, I was sadly involved in an accident with the car. Alexis came to my aid, hauled my vehicle to their body shop and gave us a free appraisal on the repair. They offered me a hotel room, and even called a few times over the next week to check and see how I felt after the accident. They went way above and beyond for me, and truly made the whole process very enjoyable. Even the parts that were not enjoyable, they were there and offered help and support that dealers I have purchased multiple times from over many years never would have offered me.
