So much mixed feelings about this dealership and overall experience! We bought a vehicle here a year ago with 12k down and ONLY late with ONE payment for 4 days and they just picked up the car. At least they could have informed us they were picking it up. We’re grateful for the initial care and service we got when we bought it, and during the delivery process their driver arrived 2 days before which made us very happy, but truly a sad experience they had us to pay 3 months ahead just to get our car back!

I recently bought a car there. when I purchased the car I was informed by the salesman, Alexis, that used cars are sold “as is”. He then stated that they still stand behind any used vehicle they sell as per their warranty, regardless.

Shortly after purchase my engine light came on. I informed them and they told me they would “take care of it”.

Mine you,,,, this is a Mercedes. Everyone knows, Mercedes + dealership = money…

I went to nearest dealership and was told I needed camshaft replacement. Obviously several thousands of dollars worth of work..

I spoke with Alexis and was blown away that these people were standing by they’re word as specified in the purchase contract “covering the cost of the repair”. It is rare for a business to show such professionalism and integrity.

I feel nothing but the need to express gratitude.
